A modern compact little house, situated on fifty acres of private land, covered with woods, bushes, rocks and heather, and only fifty yards from the north shore of Trawbreaga Bay, a wildlife sanctuary. It faces south across the bay to Slieve Sneacht, (2019ft) and the Clonmany Hills.

Malin Village, one and a half miles to the east , can cater for daily needs, and Carndonagh, 6 miles, has many more shops and supermarkets. Half a mile to the west is the entrance to the bay and the 'Five Fingers Strand' a beautiful stretch of


sand and sandhills on the Atlantic. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a single bed-settee and small folding in the living area. The cottage has electric fires in all rooms as well as a 3kw off-peak storage heater. Electricity is charged by meter (not slot) and water is heated by instant water heater.
Crockery, cutlery and utensils are provided, as well as all linen, sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels which is included in the rent.
Tenants can walk up and over the 200ft hills behind the cottage, where there are beautiful views.

Rock Cottage is inspected and approved by Bord Failte.
